• Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before service
• Disclosing any hazardous conditions, including mold, asbestos, or structural issues
• Securing pets or informing us in advance of their presence
• Providing accurate information about the condition and scope of the space to be cleaned

3. Conduct Requirements

You agree to:

• Treat our team members with respect and professionalism at all times
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind
• Not interfere with our team while they perform their duties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the services

4. Payment Obligations

You agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing and payment terms
• Provide valid payment information and authorize charges for services rendered
• Pay any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges incurred
• Cover costs for any cancellations made outside the agreed-upon notice period

5. Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations regarding residential and commercial properties, safety standards, and any licensing requirements.

Liability and Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide quality cleaning services, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet all of your specific expectations or requirements
• Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of services will meet your expectations in every instance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Space shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of our services
• Damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Damage Claims

In the event of alleged damage to your property:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of discovering the damage
• Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence when possible
• We reserve the right to inspect the damage before accepting liability
• Our liability is limited to the actual damage directly caused by our negligence

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clear Space, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct
• Any misrepresentation made by you
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in this jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms.
